“Explore Your Creative Process” with Elaine Drysdale using Collage, art materials and writing. In this workshop, you will be invited to engage in a number of creative exercises, which will allow you to explore your unique interests, vision and creativity. This workshop will provide you with some essential skills in knowing how to get started and maintain a creative arts practice.
ARTIST STATEMENT - Elaine Drysdale

Elaine is a practising artist and art therapist with a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons), Post Graduate Diploma Art Therapy, studied painting at the Byron School of Art. Completed a Graduate Certificate in Visual Arts from Queensland College of Art in 2017 and is currently enrolled in the Master of Arts in Visual Arts there.
Elaine’s work explores human consciousness and states of being. Nature, Philosophy and Theology are sources of inspiration. Her art practice seeks to tap into unconscious material and find ways to give voice to previously unarticulated experiences within a contemporary expanded painting practice.
