Join exhibiting artist and Feldenkrais Method® practitioner Miriam Salomón as she leads a special Somatic Movement Workshop in the Gallery, as an extension to her current exhibition In the Meantime.

The Feldenkrais Method® is a somatic practice that uses movement to teach self-awareness, and that has enduring benefits for posture, balance, quality of movement, attention, and creativity. Miriam is especially interested in how the method can assist artists and creatives to use their bodies in non-damaging ways. Following this lesson participants may find that their experience of the exhibitions is enhanced.

This workshop is free, places are limited and bookings are required via the NRCG website. Please bring your own yoga mat, and come in comfortable clothing.
