Cost: Free to attend. Works for sale. Some of the proceeds from works sold will go towards supporting Nyangbal Elders to attend the 2027 Elders Olympics.

A special exhibition by local Nyangbal Elders for NAIDOC Week 2026, hosted by Northern Rivers Community Gallery at Ignite Studios. Works on display use a combination of natural ochres and other materials sourced on Bundjalung Country and represent this year’s NAIDOC theme “50 Years of Deadly” alongside themes of family, cultural connections, colours of country, nature, gathering, ceremony and homeland.
Open from 10am – 2pm Wednesday to Friday, and 10am – 1pm Saturday and Sunday during NAIDOC Week. Some of the proceeds from works sold will go towards supporting Nyangbal Elders to attend the 2027 Elders Olympics.
