Gift Certificates 

Gift Certificates are now available for NRCG public programs and workshops. Redeemable within 2026 on any workshop offered as part of NRCG's public programs, this is a fantastic gift for that creative person in your life. 

To purchase a Gift Certificate:

Step 1

Email us with the following information:

• The full name and contact email of your gift certificate recipient
• Name, contact number and email for yourself as the gift giver
• The requested amount Any special message you would like us to include (max 3 sentences)
• If you would like to be anonymous as the gift giver, please note this also

Step 2

We will issue you by email a secure payment link for the amount nominated, to be paid online by credit card.

Step 3

Once payment is received, we will email you a gift certificate as a pdf file, that can be forwarded or printed. 

Certificate will include:

• Name of the recipient
• Name of the giver (unless you request anonymity)
• Amount to be redeemed
• A Global Discount Code, which can be applied to a12-month period
• A personal message (if requested)
• Basic instructions on how to redeem the certificate
• Date of issue and expiration
• A link to NRCG Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions

NRCG Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions

• No refunds or exchanges are possible once a Gift Certificate purchase has been made.
• Gift Certificates may be redeemed for NRCG-produced workshops only.
• Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for artwork for sale, or items from the Gallery Shop.
• Gift Certificates for other Ignite Studios services, such as venue hire, kiln firing or time in the ceramics studio may be considered. Contact NRCG to discuss your request.
• Gift certificate recipients may use their discount code to purchase workshops on behalf of another person.
• The discount code may be used only once.
• No credit or cash refunds are available if the full gift certificate amount is not utilised within the booking.
• If the value of the selected workshop is greater than the certificate amount, the recipient must pay the outstanding ticket balance to secure the booking.
• Discount codes will be valid for 12-months from the date of issue. Codes that are not used within a 12-month period will expire and  not be reissued.
